Payment Options

Payment terms: All fees are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in writing. Retainer fees are non-refundable except as provided in your engagement agreement. Payment does not guarantee case outcome. Processing times vary by payment method; digital payments typically process within 1-3 business days. Wire transfers may incur additional bank fees. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to network confirmation times and converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of receipt. All payments are subject to verification. By submitting payment, you acknowledge review of your engagement agreement and acceptance of the terms therein. Late payments may be subject to interest as permitted by law. Refund policies are governed by your individual engagement agreement and applicable Florida Bar rules. The firm reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods without notice. Payment plans, when available, are subject to credit approval and additional terms. All transactions are processed in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
